Hi Prashant, AMBA and EQUIS are mainly for MBA courses. You may feel free to check MSc Management offered by any other British Unviersity, you will find that its the MBA that is accredited and not the MSc. Universities that have AMBA or EQUIS for their courses have tough entry requirements and such
