wich option i need to choose. i believe that if i repeat once more i will get admission in a medical college.please reply me!!!!(help me)

,ihave written kerala engg entrance. igot 83% (pcm)in cbse bord 12.With my marks in entance(410/960),i hope i will get get admission in an IHRD college of engg.i am ready to choose it ,but with my present experience ,i fear that i won"t get job immediately after taking b-tech.i am totally confused,
