Hi Viky. It depends entirely on company to company. some will considered it as a very important thing that candidate should not have any gap. As some company will Doesn't give any importance to this criteria. They want the perfect candidate who excel in the financial terminology. -
It's all depend on companies. Many times they don't care about that but if they ask questions related to your gap then you must have good answer.
