Will 3 years of break in service deflect in searching jobs even after doing my MBA?

I am a software engineer with 3.5 years of exp. took 2 years of break for my maternity. Shall i pursue my MBA from any institute that permits without any entrance exam or shall I wait till 1 more year, appear for entrance exams and continue next year.Will I be getting any offers after 3 years break.

Hi, As long as you can justify your break, it won't be a problem for searching a job,well its always advisable to appear in the management entrance tests and then pursue MBA from good and recognized institutes. I would say that you have a very good professional profile, so pursuing MBA would surly
