    Hello,
    It is good that you have 3 year of work experience, and it will surely give you more point in the admission process. You must keep in mind that different colleges have different weightage for different aspects. All the best.

    Some colleges have criteria, where they give marks based on number of years of work experience. Colleges like SPJIMR, Mumbai look at your overall profile and not just number of years of work experience.
