Will 308 marks in GRE (Q161, V147, AWA3.5) & 9.09 CGPA in UG help in getting admission in ASU, UOU, NCSU or TAMU for computer engineering?
None of my paper is published yet but I was good in extra co-curricular activities. I have not given my TOEFL exam yet.

Can you mention your TOEFL/IELTS score? Your overall profile is very good and the chances are high. -
Hello Sri Harsha,
You have an excellent CGPA and decent GRE score. Unfortunately it might not be possible for you to get into TAMU College station with a GRE score of 308. Also you have a plain profile, which might be a barrier for TAMU. Definitely you can try for Arizona and North Carolina universities. Apart from these, you can also try Rutgers the state university of New Jersey, University of Illinois at Chicago, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, University of Maryland and few more good universities
