Will 69.9% in under-graduation be sufficient enough for MS in electronics from NTU or NUS, Singapore?
I haven't given GRE or TOEFL as the site says it's not necessary if we were taught in English during our undergrads. I have 1 conference paper n 1 journal publication and also 2 internships. Class 10- I had 90% (ICSE) and class 12- I had 81.2% (CBSE).

NUS and NTU are both highly reputed universities. 69.9% sounds a little low to me for admission in these universities. But if you have other factors to complement your profile like work experience, projects, research work, extra curricular activities, etc. then you definitely stand a chance.
All the best.
