Will 8th Pay Commission impact SBI PO salary?

    The 8th Pay Commission was approved by the centre recently. Students had the query whether there will changes in the SBI PO salary due to the 8th Pay Commission. There will be no changes ine salary structure since the salary structure of SBI PO operates independently of Central Pay Commission's recommendations. The salary of public sector bankers will not be influenced by the 8th Pay Commission due to the independent and sector-specific mechanism of Bipartite settlements.
