Will a 3-year Bachelor's degree and a 1-year Masters be counted as 16-years of education for applying to university abroad?
I have a BCA degree and it's a 3-year degree and I'm in the 1st year of my MCA. As most universities require 16-years of education, if I drop out after 1-year of MCA which is also a 3-years degree, does that count as 16 years of education?

Yes, your 3 years Bachelor's and 1 years master will be counted as 16 year of education.
