Will a BScIT course make me eligible for PG diploma at NID??

I want to pursue PG Diploma in Graphic Design. NID, MIT and IIT are some of the institutes I'm considering. The NID website mentions BSc CompSci and BIT in its criteria. Is BIT the same as BScIT??
