    Film making is taught in some of the programs offered for VFX. Film making is included in VFX programs majorly to establish thorough understanding the of cinematography, Camera angles which eventually helps in creating good quality VFX. If your focus is, getting in to big screen movie making then alone a VFX course may not suffice. Having said you can certainly walk towards your dream career starting with a VFX program.
