Diploma in Nursing can help you to get a job in Australia but if possible you may evaluate doing B.Sc Nursing before seeking immigration to Australia. It will be helpful for your long term career and earning potential.

Hello dear
To work in Australia, you must have a Bachelors degree in nursing and be registered with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Board. Hope it helps.
