Will a full time internship for a 1-year time in a reputed company be counted as work experience for MBA in Canada, USA and Japan?

Yes, full-time internship count and it plays an very important role. You will get advantage of that. Yet, it will not count as work experience but it is equal to that. You will get benefit in foreign also.
