Will a gap in education affect a person\\\'s career

hi, I discountinued my 2nd puc in 1996 due to financial problem. started working from then 1997 to 2007 to support my family. In 2007 i applied for b.com (b'lore university) correspondence and completed in 2010. Am i elible to work in a bpo based on my degree certificate. Pls help.

Dear Kavitha, For BPO jobs, the graduation is not compulsary as a eligibility. But if they ask for graduation certificate, then your certificate will be valid even though its from correspondence. It carries the same value. All the best.

Hi Kavitha, for job in BPO sector, your graduation is to be complete from any stream. If you are complete you graduation, so you are eligible for BPO job. SOmetime they higher undergraduate student also for their product, but its depend upon their product and their requirement. Best of luck for you

Many BPOs even take people who are only 10+2. The major requirement for a BPO job especially on call centers are good knowledge of the language and clear speech.
