Will a history of arrears affect if I apply for Canada study visa?

I had 8 arrears but I cleared all the arrears during the 4th sem of my UG course. With a total of 21 attempts, I finally got 70% in BE & would like to apply for a PG Diploma in Canada.

Hi Vetri, Yes, it will affect and the number of backlogs and attempts I am afraid is too high. You can still try applying and give your best shot. Check colleges under SPP, remember they don't accept more than 8 backlogs so competition will be really tight.
