    No. it wont affect your PGDM application. Only your marks matter for admission.

    Not at all. Selection is based on your score greater than 70%le in CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT . Final selection is based on a number of parameters like Academic performance, Test scores, GD/PI, Work experience, Extra curricular activities.
