M. Design is going to be an advanced course in designing in the particular field. One of the top universities running this course for many different industries is LPU. You can chose:
Masters in Design or M.Sc. In Design from:
Interior and Furniture : Both M. Design and M.Sc. Design are available

Yes, if someone has done any graduation course from any of the government approved college can or will be eligible to do Master of design.
