Will a specialization course in HR be giving me any extra benefit if I am working in a marketing field?
Will HR specialization boost my career if I enter into marketing field after completing my MBA in finance and HR? Will it provide my any career growth?

The chances are good, if you could showcase marketing skills. Else, it is difficult to get jobs into different field compared to what you have done.
