Will a student be eligible for IIMs or not if he/she gets 70% in 10th and 12th standard? Can WAT, GD and PI help him/her to get IIM?

Yes, you will be eligible. But, the chances are less. Most top IIMs look for students who have performed well consistently. However, if you perform extremely well in CAT then the chances of getting interview call are higher.
