Will a student born in Bihar (passed 11th and 12th from Madhya Pradesh) get state quota facility for admission in Madhya Pradesh?

You need to obtain a domicile certificate for getting this benefit. You can go back to Bihar and apply if you need a state quota. To get domicile from Madhya Pradesh, you need following document and you may apply for the position of a Tehsildar or a citizen service centre:

Yes, that works for example when I completed by intermediate at Andhra but I'm from Hyderabad, so the Andhra state colleges had given me the state quota category and this helped. I hope I have cleared up your doubts. Good luck!
