Will a three year Diploma in engineering after 12th with science be considered equivalent to graduation?

    Hi,
    No you can't consider it as a graduation because diploma after 10th class is good but after 12th it is of no use because you've already wasted 2 years after 10th. You should apply for B.Tech.
