Will a two year dropper student get admission in good university and will he be eligible for the scholarship?

I have done class 12th in 2015 with 91.4% (CBSE) with PCB.

Yes absolutely I was also a second dropper and if you prepare hard in the second drop then obviously you will get top NITs I am in NIT Trichy and I am proud of it no matter I was a second dropper but now I am very happy by my decision generally the second dropper is taken by those students who start
