Yes absolutely I was also a second dropper and if you prepare hard in the second drop then obviously you will get top NITs I am in NIT Trichy and I am proud of it no matter I was a second dropper but now I am very happy by my decision generally the second dropper is taken by those students who started their preparation after class 12 and I was among those students I scored 92 percentile in 1st drop and 45/360 in JEE Advanced and In my second drop I scored 99.86 percentile but what I did is just simple I was consistent and used to study 12-14 hour's per day for 1 year.
