AIIMS typically releases only one cut-off score for the B.Sc. Nursing program. A merit list is created based on the exam (and possibly interview) results. Candidates above the cut-off for their category are invited for counselling where they choose their preferred AIIMS institute based on their rank

Last year, the round two of cutoff was released for the BSc nursing and BSc (post-basic) programme. Candidates can expect a second cutoff, which is entirely dependent on the availability of seats in the colleges.
