Will an error in the details entered in the PUBDET exam in my roll number cause any issues to me while appearing for the exam?

I have tried to contact the authorities but have got no response.

Yes, that might create a problem, because there may be a case that the same roll number is allotted to some other candidate. You can drop a mail to the officials, if in case there is no revert on call.
