Will an M.Com coupled with an MBA through distance learning from Sikkim Manipal University add value

ok i took admission for m.com regular, can i do mba correspondence from sikkim manipal university, will this m.com n correspondent mba be preferable for job in mnc\'s in future? plz giv detail?
