In case the candidates are not able to submit the online Andhra Pradesh POLYCET application form, then they have the option to visit the help line centres to get the required assistance. The list of help centres available for the candidates is released online and the candidates can visit the nearest one as per their district. While filling out the Andhra Pradesh POLYCET application form, the candidates will have to provide the required details and upload their scanned photograph and signature.
