Will any seat allotted in 1st counselling be cancelled if I attend for 2nd counselling?

I got a college in the first phase of counselling. I paid the tuition fees and have the done self reporting also. I attended second phase and got another college.

Yes, your seat in the first phase will be cancelled if you attend the second phase of counselling and are allotted a seat in the second phase. This is because you can only hold one seat at a time.
