Hi Disha,
Although, it would not be possible to do both the degrees through full time mode but you definitely can do one through correspondence and the other degree through regular. Advisable would be that you opt for one degree at a time as it would be very exhaustive to do two degrees together.

I think that would not be legal to do both the degrees simultaneously. I would suggest that you concentrate on your MBA first.
