Will backlog affect my Masters in Australia? I had 35 backlogs in B.Tech but have cleared it now. Am I eligible to do Masters in Australia?

Grades are very important in a foreign university. Even if u get admission, the scholarship is tough.
If you can afford to pay fees, apply to a bottom-ranked university.
