No, it's not a compulsion that for getting a job after MBA your graduation should be done via a regular pattern. However, ensure that your distance learning program is recognized by a university & the institute through which you are expecting to do your BBA is affiliated with a recognised university

No, if you have done BBA from distance then it will not create any problem at the time of getting a job after MBA.

No, it's hard to find out the pattern of studies in some universities as it issues the same certificate and syllabus for both patterns. Even though some universities mention the mode of studies in the marksheet, but not in their certificates.
