No, it's not a compulsion that for getting a job after MBA your graduation should be done via a regular pattern. However, ensure that your distance learning program is recognized by a university & the institute through which you are expecting to do your BBA is affiliated with a recognised university.
If you wish to join your graduation through distance mode you can very well go for it. While opting for an MBA at a later stage it may or may not create problems. No, if you have done BBA from distance then it will not create any problem at the time of getting a job after MBA.
Education can never go waste. Same thing applies to distance education. It will help you to learn new things, upgrade your skills and become a better person and as you have already completed your MBA then your skills are upgraded and you have professional skills.

No, it's hard to find out the pattern of studies in some universities as it issues the same certificate and syllabus for both patterns. Even though some universities mention the mode of studies in the marksheet, but not in their certificates.
