Will BMC(karnataka) get back its 250 med seats? please answer

Recently mci found some irregularities in infrastructure in BMC , MMC and some other govt colleges in karnataka. is it true that BMC n MMC cannot admit 250 n 150 students like last year? if they cant iam afraid i wont be gettin a govt med seat in bangalore :( my rank is 890 and i hav 2A resrvatn

I am afraid I am not able to understand the question,but I have a feeling that there may be a legal issue and the involvement of rule.So,please, consult with a relevant authority on the issue.
