Will CCNA & Unix Admin enough for changing my line into Neworking line for 10yrs other field experience?

i completed my be in 2000.wants to come in networking..how it would be if i did networking ccna with unix admin.is widely used in hyd for more job opps here.will there affect of 10 yrs diff work exp.is ccna sufficient to get a direct job now..or any good certifications are need to be done..

sir CCNA is a good course in hardware n networking . but not so sure that you get good job or direct job.so be time for ur study n job both & you work hard for this make specilization in this.all the best
