Will colleges' affiliation with a particular university affect chances of getting admission abroad for MBA?
My 12th is from A levels, secured 81% and pursuing CA course. If I go to HR college which is affiliated with Hyderabad University, will its ranking affect my chances of pursuing an MBA broad? Same with Sydenhum College which is affiliated with Homi Bhaba State University and not Mumbai University.

I don't think so. It may affect but to a very small extent. As long as it is affiliated to a reasonably known university and as long as your academic record is good it will not play a very big role.
