Will companies offer me internship?

I am a student of Masters of HRM at AU with a backlog in 1st semester to be cleared in Oct-2016. My educational profile: BBM-CGPA 6.7 on a scale of 10,1st class grade C Intermediate in commerce from BIEAP-69.3% 10th in CBSE-76.8%

Companies may provide you internship on condition basis. You may be placed also, but companies may ask the undertaking that you have to clear all the backlogs.
