Will CRL Rank get higher preference than OBC NCL Rank?
I got OBC NCL 11446 & CRL 42004, I got civil engineering according to my CRL and above preferences choices are CS & ECE according to my OBC NCL. Will I get ECE/CS according to my OBC Rank or Civil according to my CRL in next round?

Yes definitely CRL value is more than category rank
CRL rank is generally bigger than category rank.
