Will Delhi Technological University conduct it's own entrance exam for B.Tech courses?

No, for B.Tech admission you must qualify with good marks in jee main so that you can get admission in DTU. since the DTU is also an government college therefore for admission to engineering stream you must qualify for jee main . If you are in general category then you must not only qualify the the exam but also score more than 200 to get DTU for btech admission !!

It is through IIT-JEE marks. There is no special exam conducted by DTU.

DTU never conduct any entrance test for B.Tech courses.
They intake students on their JEE scorecard.
