Will Delhi university accept report card?
My school is an american school and its report card follows IB scoring, that is, from 1- 7. I don't do full IBDP but I do six IB subjects.

Ask this from that university. If it is authentic and upto the college norms after converting your respective marks according to their norms which is followed in respective university.
