    Hello Sharath,Goa common entrance test is conducted by the Directorate of technical education of the state of Goa. Amongst other things the minimum eligibility is passing of class 12th or it’s equivalent. These are the crucial words. This is so since you have not passed class 12th, but you have done your Diploma. Many state governments have granted Diploma holders the equivalence of class 12th. You need to obtain a certificate like this from the Polytechnic where you are doing your Diploma or from where you have completed the Diploma.
