Will Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon take admission without considering JEE rank in 2018?

Admission is through counselling conducted by Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) based on the rank obtained in JEE Mains for the 75% of the total seats. The remaining seats will be filled under management quota on the basis of first come first serve. Hence they do take admission through management quota apart from JEE rank.
