Will droping 2 years after grad. with no work ex. effect my chances of getting into top mba college and if yes than how much.?

You will have to justify that gap to the interviewer in PI. If you have done nothing it may affect but its very subjective to the interviewer. but i dont see any problem in getting you a GDPI call
