Will get better salary and career prospects if I pursue MBA through distance?

I have got 5 years of experience in IT sector and I am drawing a good amount of salary.

    Try executive MBA as that will be valued more than distance mode.

    Hi,
    MBA is a practical course so it's always better to go for regular one.
    Employer gives more weight to students from regular MBA, so their placements and salaries are good.
    As you have written that you already have experience, so doing MBA will be added advantage for you. You can go for correspondence if you want.
    But, it's better to do executive MBA, it's meant for working professionals and have more value than correspondence MBA.

    You always get better salary if you pursue MBA as compared to what you get after your under graduation. However, you will not get more than the students who are pursuing full-time MBA.
