NIOS is an institution that worked under MHRD of Govt. of India. It is purely recognized institution that accepted by any other institution as well. Validity and applicability is as same as any other board. So you don't need to be worry about it. Kindly check that whether GIB

If it is affiliated to Banglore University then there isn't a problem but still, for the sake of confirmation, you can drop a 'Query Email' to them regarding the same.
