will good companies hire me or should i go for mca.... n good colleges in banglore

hello...i got 68% in 10th....then in 12th i got 52% (science) ... now i m in 3rd yr of bca... till now my average % of first two yrs is 73%... i m tring to get placements in our college plz tell me do my 12th marks will be a obstacle for geting a job in a good company. or shd i go for mca....? plz

companies do hire if there is good percentage.but mca can increase your capability and chances of getting a better placement and better salary.....but sticking onto same job is not a compell.after completing the agreement period and enough experience you can switch over to better pay jobs.

See different companies have their different policies....some companies see your 10th, 12th, graduation etc..and some companies just ask for experience and some will ask for your skills even as a fresher..........You should not directly target big companies like Oracle , infosys etc to get a job ...
