Will graduation percentage matter in taking admission in this college for PGD HRM if it is below 55%?

Yes it matters. There is some weight for graduation percentage for final selection in XLRI. For more details, you can check admission brochure of XLRI which is released every year before XAT.

Any possible way to over come with my low graduation percentage ?

Graduation percentage has a small weightage in the final selection criteria. You need to score really well in XAT,GD and interview round to cover up for graduation percentage.

No, your graduation percentage won't matter for your admissions to XLRI. However you may be questioned upon this in your interview and you need defend it wisely. You can defend it by showing your interest in activities other then academics where you have achieved excellence and use it as a proxy to
