Will having 38 backlogs be an issue for me in future as I want to pursue MBA from Ireland?

I've completed my BE in civil engineering and want to do MBA from Ireland. I have decided to appear for IELTS exam and have selected a date for the same.

First be sure if there are MBA programs in Ireland because they mostly offer MS in Business Management or PGDM. Your 38 backlogs could be a concern but Irish universities are not as competitive as Canada, US, etc. so you could have a chance.
