Your marks are good and you are eligible but criteria may change time to time. It depends.

As far as my understanding stands at this moment, there is no such minimum requirement i.e. one should be able eligible even less than 80% marks in graduation. Although, it is best to look at the admission prospectus to be sure (since it can change from year to year).

Yes, you will get admission if your CAT score is above 98+. Hope for the best.

If you score 98-99 percentile in CAT exam then you may be eligible to get a college like IIM A or B.

Your admission in IIMs is depends on CAT score, so you have to give CAT exam after that you can get a call from IIMs for GD PI.

Yes, definitely you are eligible for both the IIMs, provided you score their desired CAT cutoff. Although, you really can't predict what would be the cutoff, as it depends on that particular year's scores. But, going by past records, you need to score above 97% in CAT to qualify for IIM B.
