Your gap of a year will not at all be a reason of hindrance in your admission process or percentile for that matter.

Hi Rahul, Having a gap year does not affect your percentile or the admission process, but you might be asked about the reason for the gap during the personal interview. So it is advisable to be prepared for such questions.

No, there is no such problem. Only when your admission is confirmed, you have to fill a Gap Certificate whose format will be provided to you at the appropriate time. Gaps do not have any effect on percentiles or in other process. The interviewer might ask you the reason for the gap if he/she feels l
