Will having a 3 year gap between 10 and 12 create a bad impression on my CV while I appear for an interview after B.Tech?
How can I justify and convince the interviewing panel for a job interview? Actually, I didn't score well in my 1st attempt. Hence, I repeated 12th in the next year with good marks. But now, I am having 3 years of gap. What will I say when I am asked about the gap by the panelist?

Gap years and acceptable and condoned by HR executive in campus placement interviews if candidate meets all company specific eligibility criteria. If you have good score in your engineering degree, you clear written technical round and have excellent personal interview and selection board is convinced that you are right candidate for them you will get job. If you are upright and even share true reasons of gap, it will be appreciated by selection board and you will get job.
