No. The candidates will not be able to access the VIT admit card offline i.e., through post or in person. VIT merit list is prepared based on candidate's performance in Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Exam (VITEEE). To prepare merit list, percentile score is evaluated as exam is conducted in multiple sessions to ensure fairness among papers. 

Candidates have to pay a fee to participate in the counselling process of VITEEE. They have to pay the counselling fee of INR 5900. This fee is non-refundable. This fee will be remitted on the declaration of results.
