I got 47 % in PCEB group in 12 th... I m from general religion. .. Over all i got 59 % in 12 th

HI Tanay, you can look at the MCI website for the list of approved colleges and universities abroad. Here is the link

You will be eligible if you pass out from the approved institutions or boards.

yes if you do MBBS abroad you have to clear MCI exam if you want to practise in india
